SEWING MACHINE TRAINING CENTER
Our Sewing Machine project is a very unique and special project. The goal of this project is to provide sewing machines to the women suffering from extreme poverty in Bangladesh. We believe that this will help women and families earn an income which they can use to support their family. Not only do we provide sewing machines but we provide proper training to these women on how to properly operate the machine so that they can get the most out of this opportunity.We provide training at our sewing machine training center (Lalmonirhat, Bangladesh). We believe this dual pronged approach, providing free sewing machines as well as months of training will empower them to create a stream of income for themselves and their families.
Alhumdulillah, After three months of free sewing training, free sewing machines were distributed to the trainees in Korigram, Bangladesh.The trainees were poor and helpless people from Bangladesh and the program was organized by the Basmah Foundation,Bangladesh and sponsored by Bangladesh American society of Muslim Aid for Humanity,Basmah DBA Meer Foundation.We hope that you will help supporting this cause continue Inshallah.
